PicReady was previously named ImageKraft Lite.
This Privacy Policy describes how LazyDev Games (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the PicReady mobile application for iOS and Android (the “App”).
LazyDev Games does not receive your photos and does not collect personal information through the App. The App has no account, and we do not run our own analytics or crash reporting.
The App does include Google’s advertising SDK, which collects some information from your device to show ads. This is described under Advertising below.
All photo processing takes place on your device. Photos you open in the App are not uploaded to us or to any third party, and are not used for advertising. The App accesses only the photos you select or share to it.
The App shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve, measure and personalize ads (where you allow it) and to prevent fraud, Google’s advertising SDK may collect:
This information is collected and used by Google under the Google Privacy Policy, and Google may share it with its advertising partners as described there. Learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services. We do not receive this information in a form that identifies you, and we do not sell personal information.
Where required by law, the App asks for your consent to personalized advertising when you first open it, and Settings > Privacy choices appears in the App so you can change your choice at any time. On iOS, the App also asks whether it may track you, and you can change this in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads (the exact path varies by device).
Changing these choices affects how ads are shown from then on. It does not erase information Google has already collected; see Data Retention and Deletion.
App preferences, such as saved settings and presets, are stored only on your device. Photos the App is working on are kept in the App’s temporary storage on your device and are not sent anywhere.
Because photo processing happens on your device and the App has no server of its own, your photos are never transmitted by us. Information collected by Google’s advertising SDK is sent to Google over encrypted connections.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will be revised.
